What’s a Tricky Tray????
Synonyms: penny sale, penny auction, penny social, gift auction, Chinese auction, silent auction, brown bag auction, dark horse, basket games, better than bingo….
Definition: a fund raising event where guests buy tickets and place them in a container next to each item they would like to win. Prizes may be a single item or a collection of items based on a theme. Once everyone places his or her tickets in the container, the drawing for the prizes begins. If your number matches the winning number drawn, you win that prize.
With your support, this will be our biggest fundraiser. Spread the word to family, friends and businesses that we are accepting gift baskets, individual items and/or monetary donations. Create your own donation or get together with another family, e.g. 2 families decide to donate a beach theme basket. Family #1 contributes 2 beach chairs valued at $40. Family #2 contributes 2 beach towels valued at $20. The donation can be dropped off or picked up by contacting the Tricky Tray committee. Don’t forget to include your name and approximate value of the prize.
No time to wrap? No problem! We have eager wrappers and shoppers for those who prefer to make a monetary donation. All checks should be made out to the Radcliffe PTO and mailed to: Mrs. Bonnie Luberto ( Luberto@wboe.org)

Regular…………… basket valued up to $50
Super………………basket value $51--$100
Grand………………basket value $101-$250
Super Grand………..basket value $250 & up
New this year, we will be offering an “Instant Prize Table”. We need donations of items valued at $5 for this prize table.
