Principal’s Message

Dear Lincoln School Family,

Dear Lincoln School Family,

This is an exciting time of year that brings with it a mixture of happiness, excitement, sadness, satisfaction, and relief.  Summer is finally here and our year together has ended.  We are saying good-bye to our sixth graders with our second annual Lincoln School Clap-Out.  The children and staff will line the main hallway to Lincoln School and “clap-out” these very special people as they leave our school for the last time.  We wish them all well and look forward to seeing them come back to visit us in the future.

For those who like to get an early start on preparations for the next school year, the teachers for each grade level have posted a general list of supplies needed for their classes in September on the Lincoln School website page.  In addition, the Summer Reading List for Grades 4-6 is also posted.  Please remember that each child entering grades 4-6 is required to read three (3) books from the list by the first day of school in September.

Please take time this summer to relax and enjoy family and friends.  I look forward to seeing each of you when you return to us in September rested, safe, and excited to share your summer experiences with us. Enjoy!

Mrs. Restel
